Information from Organizational Customers

When organizations deploy our Services, we collect professional contact information such as name, work email, and account information to administer the Services.

We offer configurable personal information detection and redaction capabilities that organizations may enable to help protect sensitive data before it is processed by AI systems.

We do not use personal information collected through our Services to train AI models.

We may review conversational content for safety and abuse prevention purposes regardless of other data processing settings.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use third-party service providers to support the delivery and operation of our Services, including AI processing, cloud infrastructure, analytics, communication and notification services, and mapping. • With Deploying Organizations — when you use embedded features, relevant conversation context and contact information may be accessible to authorized personnel at the deploying organization to provide support. Deploying Organizations are responsible for providing appropriate notice and obtaining any necessary consent from end users regarding data collection through our embedded features.
• For Business Transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
• For Legal Compliance — when required by law or to protect our rights and safety
• With Your Consent — for other purposes with your explicit consent

Organizational customers may be subject to separate data processing agreements.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your data, and to withdraw consent where applicable. Residents of certain US states, including California, Connecticut, and others, may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, including the right to opt out of certain processing activities. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request under applicable state privacy laws.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

6. Data Retention and Security

Personal information is stored on servers in the United States. We retain conversational data in accordance with retention periods configured by the deploying organization. Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. We may retain and use anonymized, de-identified data after the end of your relationship with us for the purpose of improving our Services.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal information we collect and process. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel who require it to perform their job functions. We maintain internal security and privacy policies that govern how our team handles personal information. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by applicable law. No method of electronic transmission or storage is fully secure.
